MALTA VIEWS FROM THE ICONIC FORT ST ANGELO
The waterfront known as Malta’s millionaires’ playground has been captured in a series of stunning photographs that present the beauty of Vittoriosa, Senglea and Valletta’s Grand Harbour.
The impressive high-resolution shots were taken from the roof of one of Malta’s most iconic landmarks, Fort St Angelo.
The historic fort, once the headquarters of the Royal Navy in the Mediterranean, will host the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh during the Commonwealth summit in Malta in November.
It offers beautiful views of the Vittoriosa Marina, even stretching to the Gardjola at Senglea Point.
The images depict the high end feel of the area which underwent a major regeneration programme several years ago, with several luxury superyachts captured by the camera.
The photographs were commissioned by the Malta Tourism Authority.
